General canoe practices are held on Monday thru Thursday at 5:30 pm until sunset and Saturday's at 8:30 am sharp, rain or shine.  All members and general public are welcome and dress accordingly for all weather conditions.  Canceled practices will be communicated via the website, email or word of mouth.  Practice will be held on Saturdays starting at 8:30am. 

All paddlers are encouraged to come out and practice as much as they can.  As in all organized sports or events, success is achieved through commitment, dedication, and ambition to be your best. So practice hard, have fun, and you will succeed.
